15. Maintenance of registers.
(1)There shall be maintained separate registers for Medical Laboratory Technicians, Ophthalmic Assistants, ECG Technicians, EEG Technicians / EMG Technicians and Radiographic Technicians and such other Para medical Technicians declared as such by the Government.(2)The register shall be maintained in such manner (manual and electronic) and in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.(3)The Secretary shall keep the registers in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations framed there under.(4)The registers shall be deemed to be public document within the meaning of section 74 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (Central Act 1 of 1872).
