(7)Central Transmission Utility: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) is the Central Transmission Utility as notified by Government of India. CTU is responsible for the entire inter state transmission and in that context, the relevance of this Code shall be limited to the connectivity between the intra state transmission system and the inter state system.
