Section 33(1) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the appointment of teachers and officers of the University shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Universities' Teachers and Officers (Selection for Appointment) Act, 1974 (Act No. 18 of 1974).
