Section 33 in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
33. Teachers and Officers of the University.
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the appointment of teachers and officers of the University shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Universities' Teachers and Officers (Selection for Appointment) Act, 1974 (Act No. 18 of 1974).(2)Except in cases provided for by he Statutes, teachers and officers of the University shall be appointed under a written contract. The contract shall be furnished to the teacher or officer concerned. The contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Statutes for the time being in force in relation to the conditions of service.
