Section 11(11)(c) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014

(c)On receipt of the application, the Distribution Licensee shall process the application and carry out the necessary system studies pertaining to the aspects referred to in Regulation 13.1 (i) and (ii) as expeditiously as possible so as to ensure that the decision to grant or refuse Medium-term Open Access is made within the time-frame specified in Regulation 9.2 herein above :
