Section 18(1) in Himachal Pradesh City Transport and Bus Stands Management and Development Authority Act, 1999
(1)The Authority shall before the commencement of each financial year, prepare a statement of programme of its activities during the forth-coming financial year as well as financial estimate in respect thereof.
