(4)Building permit for special Buildings. - The proposals and building permit for all buildings more than 15 meters in height and other buildings with more than 400 square meters ground coverage and all other buildings of industrial (factory, workshop, etc.) storage (warehouse), assembly and hazardous use group shall be subjected to the scrutiny by the Prescribed Authority and Director of Fire Services, before the building permit is given.
