Section 13A(1) in Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961
(1)Pending the preparation of Master Plan, a Planning Authority may, where it considers it expedient, and shall, when so directed by the State Government, prepare and publish the Interim Master Plan for the entire area within the jurisdiction of the Planning Authority, or for any part thereof; and their upon, the provisions of section 13 shall, so far as may be, but subject to the provisions of this section, apply in relation to such Interim Master Plan as they apply in relation to the preparation and publication of the Master Plan.
