Section 9(2) in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
(2)Every declaration under sub-section (1) shall-(a)be published in the official Gazette and in such other manner as the local authority may decide;(b)be so made to ensure that there is an interval of not less than one hundred and twenty days or such other interval as the State Government may, by notification, direct between the date of publication of the declaration and the first day of the next academic year.
