Section 3(2)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into Post Graduate Engineering Including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning Courses (through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2007

(c)The Category - 'B' Seats shall be 20% of the total intake of seats in each course. Within Category 'B', seats not exceeding 15% of the total intake of seats may be filled, at the discretion of the Institution, with NRIs. The remaining seats shall be open for admission firstly to Sponsored Candidates and vacant seats, if any, to the other eligible candidates on merit basis following the provisions of Rule 6 (III).
