Section 19(1) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(1)The Senate shall, on dates to be fixed by the Vive-Chancellor, meet twice in every year, at meetings to be called the ordinary meetings of the Senate, one of which shall be declared by the Statutes to be the annual meeting of the Senate.
