Section 156B(ii) in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
(ii)For crossing the efficiency bar in scale III, [Rs. 1200-30-1800] [Vide Revised Pay Scales.] the clerks will be required to pass the final examination in accounts prescribed under Rule 157 of the Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958.
