Section 48(1) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(1)When cinema premises are used for dramatic performances, a switch board fitted with the necessary switches, cut-outs and other fittings for the control and regulation of the stage lighting shall be fixed in some convenient position overlooking the stage.
