Section 6(2) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
(2)A detenue shall be allowed to bring his own feeding utensils but if for any reason he is unable to do so, the Superintendent shall allow his such utensils as are admissible to a prisoner.
