Section 30(5) in Jharkhand Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(5)For washing of clothes and towels, bed-sheet, etc., the following scale may be followed:(i)washing soap: 3 soaps for one month (125 gms) or equivalent washing powder;(ii)whitening or bleaching agent to the extent required only for white clothing.The hospital clothing shall not be mixed with other clothing at the time of washing and if necessary, the Superintendent can issue the above items separately for washing of hospital clothing. The superintendent may get installed washing machines, as required.
