Section 78 in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
78. Term of settlement.
- A settlement shall re main in force for a period of thirty years and on the expiry of such period, the settlement shall continue to remain in force until the commencement of the term of a fresh settlement.
