78. Account of Ballot Papers and Paper Seals.

- After the close of the poll the Presiding Officer will prepare the Ballot Paper account in Form 23(a) and the paper seal account in Form 23(b) and place them in separate envelops and superscribe on the envelope "Ballot Paper Account"/Paper Seal Account".
