Section 7(1) in Surveyor, Class III, Forest Department (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
(1)A Candidate shall not be qualified for admission to the examination unless he is,-(a)a Citizen of India, or(b)a subject of Nepal, or(c)a subject of Bhutan, or(d)a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently setting in India: Provided that candidates belonging to categories (b), (c) and (d) shall be require to furnish a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government.
