(a)All actual expenditure from the stock of components shall ordinarily be recouped annually by Superintendents on requisitions through the Deputy Inspector-General of the Range to the Allahabad Arsenal. If, however, the reserve of component parts is at any time exhausted, indents may be submitted at any other time.
