Section 81(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(1)Ministerial staff members shall be those who are for the time being in the service of the University and are not included in the categories of Executive, Academic Officers, Other Officers and Academic Staff Members.
