25. [ Special Energy Meters. [Substituted by Notification No. L 7/25(5)/20ff3-CERC dated 21.02.2005, w.e.f. 1.4.2005.]
- The Special Energy Meters shall be installed by the Central Transmission Utility for and at the cost of the direct customers and by the concerned State Transmission Utility for and at the cost of the embedded customers.]
