Section 91(1) in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
(1)[In the month of February] [Substituted by G.N. of 29.11.1968.] in each year, an estimate of the revenue and of the expenditure of the Council for the year commencing on 1st April then next ensuing, shall be laid before the Council.
