Section 91 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
91. Estimates of revenue and expenditure.
(1)[In the month of February] [Substituted by G.N. of 29.11.1968.] in each year, an estimate of the revenue and of the expenditure of the Council for the year commencing on 1st April then next ensuing, shall be laid before the Council.(2)Such estimate shall make provision for the fulfilment of the liabilities of the Council and for effectually carrying out its objects. It shall include on its revenue side besides all revenue ordinarily anticipated, all fees received from registration and other sources,(3)The Council shall consider the estimate so submitted to it and shall, sanction the same without modifications or subject to such modifications as it may deem fit.
