Section 10(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access) Regulations, 2005
(1)The Nodal Agency for arranging long term Open Access in all cases shall be the State Transmission Utility whether its system is used or not; and for that purpose, a distribution licensee and/or transmission licensee, whose system gets associated with such long term Open Access, shall be responsible to co-ordinate with the State Transmission Utility and provide all relevant information required to take decision for providing Open Access.
