4. Prohibition of erection or use of fixed engines, etc., and fishing.
- No person shall-(a)erect or use any fixed engine or net for capturing fish;(b)use any poison or throw any toxic matter likely to result in fish mortality;(c)use dynamite or other explosive substance for fishing;(d)fish in any other method in the waters within the area specified in Schedule I to these rules except under, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions of a licence issued in the Form set out in Schedule V to these rules.
