Section 270(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(2)While prescribing such accommodation it may in each case be determined-(a)whether such building shall be served by the flush system or by water seal system ;(b)what shall be the site or position of each latrine, urinal, bathing or washing place or site and their number on each floor and their clear internal dimensions.
