Section 6(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998
(1)The Jurisdiction of the Vishwavidyalaya shall extend to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh :[Provided also that the State Government may, in accordance with the rules framed in this behalf, permit the Vishwavidyalaya, to collaborate with any Institution outside the State of Madhya Pradesh or abroad for carrying out partly or wholly any of its teaching or research activities.] [Added by M.P.
