Section 3(5)(g) in Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Rules, 2014

(g)Health certificate of the Agricultural cattle issued from the Veterinary Assistant Surgeon shall be required by the seller or purchaser prior to sales/purchase of the Agricultural cattle in any Gram Panchayat/Nagar Panchayat area or Cattle market/fair of the State of Chhattisgarh.
