61. Appeal against rejection of an application for membership.
(1)Where an application for membership has been rejected under sub-section (4) of Section 19 an appeal shall lie to the Registrar.(2)The provision of Rules 59 and 60 mutatis-mutandis apply to the presentation and disposal of the appeal under sub-rule (1).
