Section 34(2)(i) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000

(i)The accounts of a University shall once at least in every year and at intervals of not more than fifteen months to be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India or by a Chartered Accountant appointed by the State Government in this behalf in case the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India fails to audit the account in time.
