Section 34(2) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
(2)(i)The accounts of a University shall once at least in every year and at intervals of not more than fifteen months to be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India or by a Chartered Accountant appointed by the State Government in this behalf in case the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India fails to audit the account in time.(ii)The accounts when audited shall be printed and copies thereof together with the audit report shall be presented by the Vice-Chancellor to the Board of Management and to the Chancellor.
