If the complaint is filed within two weeks from today then the fee deposited by the complainant in this Commission under Section 12 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and Rule 9-A of The Consumer Protection Rules, C.C. No. 571 of 2017 2 1987, shall be considered as fee in the fresh complaint to be filed in this Commission.
