33. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification, make such provision not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:Provided that no such notification shall be issued after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
