Section 9D(11)(c) in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971

(c)for the expression "the regional plan, the master plan or the new town development plan". in both the places where it occurs, the expression "the master plan, the new town development plan or the detailed development plan" shall be submitted;
