Section 13A(v) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(v)In case of equal price quoted by two or more bidders, the reservation of transmission capacity shall be made pro rate to the transmission capacity sought to be reserved.
