Section 4(4) in U.P. Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals (Check Post and Quarantine Camp, Manner of Inspection etc.) Rules, 2016
(4)After successful Quarantine process the Veterinarian in charge of Quarantine Camp or the staff of Department duly authorised for the purpose shall release the animals to the owner or person duly authorised by him on his behalf and also grant the Quarantine Release Permit in Form C under his signature. The said released permit shall also serve as Entry Permit as required in sub-section (2) of Section 15.
