Section 3(2) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(2)The Inspecting Officer shall notify the-date and time on the notice board of the School at which students shall attend the School along with one of their parents. This notice of the Inspecting Officer shall be communicated to parents through the students of the School by the Headmaster.
