Section 37(ii) in Rules for the Government Tibbi College, Patna
(ii)Students failing in one subject only in the annual examinations or in the preliminary examinations may be promoted to the next higher class subject to the condition that he will be reverted to the class from which he has been promoted if he fails to pass in that subject at a supplementary examination to be held within three months of his promotion.
