Section 193(1) in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
(1)For the non-gallantry medals mentioned below the pecuniary benefits indicated against them shall be admissible :(a)The Meritorious Service Medal. - An annuity of one hundred rupees, admissible with effect from the 15th August of the year for which the award is made.(b)The Long Service and Good Conduct Medal with Gratuity. - A gratuity of one hundred rupees.
