Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Act, 2017
(1)No demographic information and record of entitlement of Bhamashah card holder collected under this Act shall be shared with anyone, for any reason whatsoever,except in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
