Section 499(3) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(3)The ICDP shall incorporate all existing plans and reflect schemes and budget allocations as follows : -(i)Master Plans or Land Use Plans and other statutory instruments;(ii)Urban Development Plans and Schemes;(iii)Urban Poverty Alleviation Plans and Schemes; and(iv)Departmental Plans & schemes in the Corporation area.
