Section 4(1) in Assam Adoption of Standard Weights Act, 1955
(1)The authenticated set of weights supplied by the Central Government under sub-section (2) of section 4, of the Standards of Weight Act, 1939(Act 9 of 1939), shall be the Primary Standards and shall be used for the purpose of verifying the secondary standards.
