Section 8(2)(i) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002

(i)The Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 12 shall exercise such powers and functions as may be necessary to lay down the guidelines for implementation of the provisions of the Act;
