(2)(i)The Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 12 shall exercise such powers and functions as may be necessary to lay down the guidelines for implementation of the provisions of the Act;(ii)The Apex Committee may give such directions to any Farmers' Organisation as may be considered necessary in exercising their powers and perform their functions in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
