Section 151(3) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(3)On receipt of the report under clause (b) of sub-rule (1), the Recruitment Bureau for the Revenue District concerned shall call for applications from eligible candidates by advertisements in two local Tamil dailies having circulation in the district concerned and approved by the Government for the purpose of issue of Government advertisements and also call for list of eligible candidates from the District Employment Exchange concerned.
