Section 35(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002

(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Executive Council and shall be a whole-time officer of the University. The salary and allowances, terms and conditions of service of the Controller of Examinations shall be such as may be prescribed by regulations.
