rLearned counsel for the respondent Corporation has placed on record a copy of the office order dated 17th March, 2023 in support of the contention that the judgment passed by this Court has been complied with.
A perusal of the order goes to show that the so-called compliance is a matter of breach of judgment passed by this Court on 29th of November, 2021, more particularly, para 11, thereof.
Confronted with this, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation prays for and is granted two weeks' further time to obtain instructions.
