Section 30(6) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(6)A member shall cease to be a members of the Governing Council on declaration to be of unsound mind or insolvent by a competent Court or if he is convicted for a criminal offence involving moral turpitude or if he fails to attend three consecutive meetings of the Council.
