Section 11B(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(1)There shall be appointed a Secretary for each market committee who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the market committee and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are specified in this Act or in the rules or bye-laws.
