Section 46(1) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(1)The ordinances shall be made, amended or repealed by the Board of Management :Provided that any Ordinance affecting,(a)the admission or enrollment of students or prescribing examinations to be recognized as equivalent to the University examination, or(b)the conditions, mode of appointment or duties of examiners or the conduct or standard of examinations or any course of study;shall be made according to the recommendations of the Academic Council.
